Fresh ginger is nature's own Anti-Fart, used throughout history to calm digestion and it's embarrassing "wind". The more I eat it, the quieter things are on that front. (I suppose that could be called the "bottom front".) These utensils make it easy to add a delicious zing of gas-soothing, ginger to just about any food or drink. I have really noticed a difference since starting this delicious practice.
I like to freeze fresh Ginger so I've always got some on hand. Frozen, it's really easy to grate or zest or run through a shredder. When you shred frozen ginger it comes out fine and powdery, it's like ginger snow. Wow, add some to a stir fry, salad dressing, etc.
I wish there was a reliable pill for flatulence because although ginger really cuts down on the problem, sometimes the wind has a mind of its own. Things like weddings, children's birthday's, family gatherings in general seem to bring it out. Maybe it's nerves. I used to get a great probiotic that was dubbed an "Anti-Gas" formula, but I can't find it anymore. As soon as I find it, I'll carry it here. In the mean time, I chew a few Gas Ex on special occasions and that helps. Let me know if you find a probiotic that works.
